Mark Karney is a managing senior attorney at the Law Offices of Michael Kelly and a Certified Family Law Specialist.

Mr. Karney earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1978. He went on to Long Island University, where he earned his Masters of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance in 1984.

Mr. Karney attended Whittier Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994. He is known and respected by his clients and colleagues for his straightforward and knowledgeable yet compassionate approach to issues across the family law spectrum, from prenuptial agreements to divorce and custody settlements.

He is also an expert in jurisdictional disputes and domestic and international custody move-away cases.

Mr. Karney has been with the Law Offices of Michael Kelly since 2004.
