Data Management Department
Our Data Management Department uses the latest technological advances in electronic document storage to aid in the litigation process. Using high-speed scanners and a secure, on-site server, each document created and received by our office is electronically backed-up. The electronic files are systematically organized and available to each attorney and staff member on their computers, giving them instant access to any document within a client's file. This saves our office’s time and our clients’ money throughout their cases.
Additionally, the digital maintenance of documents enables us to easily transmit documents to our clients and any third parties involved in the litigation process. Upon request, our clients can be given a complete digital copy of their file on disc. In cases involving forensic accountants, documents can be uploaded directly to the accountant’s server, saving additional time and material costs to our clients.
